We'll check in on how you're doing, answer questions, review progress, and continue building supportive habits while we wait for your test results.
Month 3: Understand Your Results
Once your stool test results are available, we'll review them together so you clearly understand what's happening in your gut and what it may mean for your health. You'll receive personalized recommendations based on your results and goals.
Months 4–5: Implement + Integrate
Through two follow-up sessions, we'll focus on implementing recommendations, troubleshooting challenges, making adjustments, and helping you build sustainable habits that fit your life.

You'll have access to food logging support and between-session communication so you don't feel like you're navigating everything on your own.
